Abstracts & Posters
Abstracts will be published in
the conference booklet and in the Journal of Vitamin and Nutrition Research. Abstracts for the conference are now available in the Bioavailability 2010 Program.
Abstracts must be:
- submitted electronically (e-mail as attachment to bioavailability@ucdavis.edu)
- single spaced, typed in Times New Roman 11 point, 4.0 inches (high) by 4.5 inches (wide), and without border lines.
- prepared in Microsoft Word.
- limited to 1500 characters of text, including spaces.
Please observe the following conventions in preparing the
abstract (see below example):
- Use all capital letters for the abstract title.
- List all authors’ names, followed by initials.
- Use commas to separate authors’ names.
- List affiliations, using superscripts to distinguish among authors.
- Leave one blank line between address and the body of the abstract.
- Indicate if you are a young investigator (graduate student, post-doc within 3 years of graduation).
Follow the style of abstract
shown in the below example:
TITLE OF ABSTRACT. Author FR1, Doe
JB1, Smith LL2. 1First Institution, 2Second
Institution, City, State, Country.
There has been controversy regarding the
relation of (etc.) …
