The objective of the Bioavailability 2010 conference is to discuss results of recent scientific research related to bioavailability of micronutrients. The format of the conference will be six half-day plenary sessions on bioavailability of minerals and trace elements, minor plant constituents and vitamins and pro-vitamins, methodology and setting of recommendations. There will also be poster sessions on these topics.
